Order Collection & Delivery

What delivery modes are provided within Singapore, and what are the charges?

  1. Regular mail (non-trackable): Postage & handling (P&H) charges are automatically calculated during order checkout.
  2. Registered mail: An additional SGD 2.25 is chargeable on top of the P&H charges.
  3. A.M. mail (non-trackable): Delivered by 11:00 AM on the next working day if despatched before 5:00 PM. A flat fee of SGD 2.60 is charged by Singpost. Limited to 300 grams (2-3 items) only due to fixed size of envelope. Note that the availability of this option is not guaranteed, so please check with us.
  4. Speedpost Islandwide Courier: Recommended for bulk or urgent orders only. Check the Speedpost website for the latest rates and services.

If you opt for #2 or #4, we will provide you the tracking number after your order is mailed out.

Is self-collection available?
Yes, you may choose to pick up your order at our place in Tampines. Please arrange an appointment at least one day in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes, we do. However, our online ordering system does not support automatic calculation of overseas shipping charges at the moment. Please wait for us to revert on the charges after you submit your order. Shipping and handling costs will depend on your location, choice of shipping mode and total weight of items purchased.

What overseas shipping modes are available?

  1. Regular airmail (non-trackable): Please wait for us to revert on the P&H charges after you submit your order.
  2. Registered airmail: An additional SGD 2.25 is chargeable on top of the P&H charges.
  3. Speedpost Worldwide Services: Check the Speedpost website for the latest rates and services.

If you opt for #2 or #4, we will provide you the tracking number after your order is mailed out.

How are items packed for mailing?
Each item is packed in individual plastic packaging before being packed into a durable plastic envelope, or wrapped in 2 layers of lightweight brown paper in the case of large orders. In any case, we will do our best to pack the items such that any damage in the process of mailing would be minimised. Gift wrapping or box packing is also available upon request at an extra charge.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

  1. Funds transfer to one of the following bank accounts:
    • POSB Current 724-02444-0
    • OCBC Savings 581796794001
  2. Paypal: Customer to bear the fees charged by Paypal.

Do you accept cash upon collection?
Yes, provided you collect your order within 48 hours of order confirmation. If you cannot make the timeframe, please make full payment beforehand to secure your order. Otherwise, the items may be released from reservation.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns and refunds?
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or refunds. We do accept exchanges for a different size or item in the case of defects or incorrect size bought (see below).

Can I get a replacement for a defective item?
Yes, we accept exchanges if the item sent to you has defects such as tears, holes, untreatable stains, missing button(s) and broken zippers. We’ll also absorb the cost of mailing the replacement item to you. However, do note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and that the costs involved in sending the defective item back to us are to be borne by you. Exchanges should preferably be done at our place in Tampines, so that you can view the replacement item before finalising the exchange.

Can I exchange an item for another size if it doesn’t fit my kid?
Yes, as we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases, exchanges for such reasons are accepted. However, do note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and that any costs involved in this case are to be borne by you. Exchanges should preferably be done at our place in Tampines, so that you can view the actual item before finalising the exchange. The item to be exchanged must also be in its original sale condition, i.e. tags attached, etc.

Miscellaneous

Can I view the actual stocks before purchase?
Yes, we accept walk-in customers, strictly by appointment only. Please contact us at least two days in advance to arrange the time.
